Ramadhan is a holy month for muslims around the globe to fast from dawn and break fast upon sunset. The festive atmosphere during breaking fast is something that everyone is looking forward to including non-muslims. Melting Pot is showcasing exquisite buffet line this Ramadhan.
Taking centre stage this Ramadhan will be Chef Abbas specialties – briyani dishes and authentic Malay dishes. Grilled to perfection, Chef Abbas signature, the whole lamb briyani which is a highlight every Ramadhan season is a must-try. Sample stuffed whole lamb with briyani rice and mouthwatering home-made chicken shawarma, rendang tulang rawan daun cekur, murtabak, kambing asam lemak, sotong berlado berserai, baby puyuh goreng halba, ayam panggang bubur lambuk bersayur, soto Madura daun salam, bubur Ashurah seafood.
The buffet highlights live cooking stations where tasty delights from different parts of the world awaits… Bite into yummylicious popiah basah, rojak buah, crispy samosa, otak-otak spring roll, cucur udang from the Deep Fryer. Prawn mee, Sarawak laksa, laksa Johor are amongst available at the Noodle counter daily. Do not forget to savour the most-sought after dish – Ikan Bakar, featuring ikan selar, ikan pari, ikan terubuk and it is fantastic dish to go along with steamed white rice. Complete your meal with an array of tempting dessert delegation led by tiramisu with almond biscotti, vanilla and cassis panna cotta, date cake, hazelnut truffle, durian mousse with meringue, variety of hot Malay style dessert – bubur pulut hitam, bubur jagung, layer cake, apam balik, Thai’s tab tim krob, cooling ice-cream and more.
